Artist Contracting -

Katie/Taylor handle the contracting and the coordination of installation and deinstall at the Calderwood. This includes the installation of signage and wall labels

Things we need from the artist - 

• We ask for a short bio and a curatorial statement about the exhibition

• In order to create the price sheet we need the following: 

  • Files for each of the pieces being exhibited (name of artwork should be in the file name so we can match to pricing info)

  • Info for the title card (title, date, medium)

  • We do not print the price on the piece unless the artists ask. Otherwise, we include a QR code that takes people to the price list. 

• We would love to know if they would be open to some sort of public program like an artist talk or gallery tour.
